Counter pickup is free. Delivery is available across the SoCal basin — Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, and inland Riverside / San Bernardino counties — at flat-rate fees by zone.
Long-haul drops (Bakersfield, Palm Springs, San Diego) handled on request; quote depends on the kit size and turnaround.

Bring a real policy.
All rentals require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Little Cowboy Pictures LLC as additional insured and loss payee.
Minimum coverage: $1M general liability, full replacement value on rented equipment. Production insurance through Athos, Front Row, ProSight, or any reputable broker is accepted.
If you don't have a policy yet, we can refer you to brokers who issue same-week production policies for short-form jobs.

Honest about wear.
Working gear gets working wear. Light scuffs, normal wear on grip surfaces, and routine cleaning are on us.
Anything beyond — drops, water, optical damage, lost accessories — is itemized at return inspection and submitted to your insurance. We don't mark up replacement costs.

A few honest answers.
How fast can you get me a quote?
Within one business day on standard kits. Custom builds (specialty lenses, sublet packages, heavy grip) usually within two business days.
Do you do day rates, weekly, or both?
Both, plus long-term. Day rates listed on the kit page. Weekly rates are 4× daily. Anything longer than a week gets a custom rate — usually 25–40% off the daily multiplier.
Will you sublet gear you don't stock?
Yes, when it makes sense. We have trusted sublet partners for specialty lenses (Vantage, Atlas), camera bodies we don't own, and heavy grip. Mark-up is transparent on the quote.
Do you rent crew with the gear?
No. We're an equipment-only rental house. We can refer DPs, ACs, and gaffers we've worked with if you ask.
What if a piece fails on set?
Call the counter (number on your deal memo). If we have a backup, we run it out the same day across the LA basin. If we don't, we sublet from a partner and you don't pay the difference.
Do you require a deposit?
For first-time clients, yes — 25% on confirm, the balance on pickup or delivery. Repeat clients on file can run on net-30 invoicing.
